Answered by Belle Tire July 18, 2022. We have a complete training program for all of our employees that includes online courses and hands-on training experience. This includes both technical and soft-skill training. We also offer tuition reimbursement and scholarship programs for employees pursuing a certification or degree in the auto industry.

Sessions are taught at the Belle Tire Auto Tech Development Center at the company’s Allen Park, Mich. headquarters and distribution center. The classes are conducted five days a week, combining “a rigorous curriculum of classroom training, testing and hands-on training.”
